And although the ALJ in earlier Order & Memorandum stated in writing that Iocco had said under oath that he’d file amended report, this judge casts doubt on that and states that “[t]he final Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Order in the November 2024 Case did not require Respondent to make an amended filing.” Oh, OK. Another GRRRRRR.
