UPDATE – LAWSUIT TRACKER (far better than what I’ve been able to come up with):

Democracy Docket – Court Cases

And here on Legalectric are the “Presidential Actions,” updated June 5, 2026… the pace has slowed down significantly, but horrific ones are still coming out. Executive Orders are separated from Memoranda and Proclamations (Memoranda and Proclamations haven’t been updated in a while), as posted on White House website and/or published in Federal Register. Not all are appearing, and on the White House “Presidential Actions” page there are many duplicates and most have been weeded out. It’s a pain comparing that page with Federal Register, because the White House page often doesn’t state whether “Executive Order,” “Proclamation,” or “Memorandum.” And over time, they’ve started to identify as “Executive Order,” “Proclamation,” or “Memorandum.” That helps. I’m regularly updating Executive Orders, but Proclamations and Memoranda not so much.

Little by little, I’m sending the White House postcards about each of them, on #411 today, June 5, 2026 (by U.S. Mail, 1600 Pennsylvania Ave, Washington, D.C., 20500), as there’s no other way to contact the White House because the Comment Line comes and goes! Got through via the switchboard once, 202-456-1414. Keep trying that Comment Line. 202-456-1111 — they say it opens at 10 a.m. Eastern Time:
