Intervention GRANTED! About time…

NoCapX 2020 and the Prehn Family petitioned for intervention in the “Mankato-Mississippi River” transmission line, a/k/a Wilmarth-North Rochester-Tremval (plus a Chester spin off).

Now the work begins.
