Comments – Supplemental EIS on new casks for PI

Comments due today on the DRAFT scope of Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement re: Xcel’s request for new, but unidentified, dry casks for nuclear waste.
Here’s the Notice — it’ll take a couple months to get the Draft of the EIS done.
