Now NRG is trying to talk its way out of and around the devastating Delmarva RFP Bid Evaluation Report and the Delaware Independent Consultant Report.

Some of NRG’s beefs about the bid evaluation seem valid. Delmarva Power/Conectiv Energy/PEPCO swing a big stick in Delaware and doubtless the evaluation is somewhat cooked in favor of their preferences.
But NRG itself itself has been so aggressive about withholding info from the public that it can hardly turn around and whine about the non-transparency of the process….
