Here ’tis, just filed, sent to Cannon Falls City Administrator, and copied Randolph Township, the EQB Environmental Review Team, and the Environmental Quality Board:

Yes, there it is. This is the site plan proposed by Tract for its data center in Cannon Falls. I’ve just come from a file review, and am posting the docs little by little here.

The Alternative Urban Areawide Review (AUAR) is based on a ruse that the data center is “one option” for the site, but the site plans, schedule, and other documentation show that it’s a data center and nothing else.

Too late I learn about this — deadline for comments was June 20. Note this is an Environmental Assessment Worksheet, not an Alternative Urban Area Review (AUAR).
