“MN v ICE” hearing today

State of Minnesota has sued “ICE” (shorthand for all the feds and agencies). What are they seeking from the court:
It’s a pretty short but detailed order, and in essence, ICE OUT!

She needs to be fired, and sent to jail.
In the meantime, in another venue, Patrick J. Schiltz, Chief Judge of United States District Court, Minnesota, has said ENOUGH and ordered Todd Lyons, Acting Director of ICE to appear in a succinct Order to Show Cause why he should not be found in Contempt for not ordering a bond hearing or releasing a man detained by ICE:
