The Minnesota Public Utilities Commission is at it again — yet another Comment period on another transmission line, and I’ve not got this application posted yet, so here we go!
This one is the Minnesota Power, Otter Tail Power, and Great River Energy “Maple River – Cuyuna” transmission line with its own website: MR-C Transmission Project
