About those Presidential Permits…

A Presidential Permit was necessary for the Great Northern Transmission Line which ran from Canada into the U.S. I had trouble finding it, the “Great Northern Transmission” project site has removed all the documents! And my Not-so-Great Northern Transmission line page inexplicably did not have it either. but hey, FOUND IT!
