Draft USFWS Collision Fatality Model Code version 4.1 

This code is a working version only. It is not intended for general distribution. Check back often for updates to the model/code. We assume users have some working knowledge of R. 

To run the model, you will need to source FatalFcns.R and RVSmry.R. You can also source DayLen.R if you would like to use the function for calculating daylight hours.

The MapTools and the rv package for R are required.

Use the data entry template CMData4_PaxWindDemo.R to define model inputs and then run CollisionModelv4.R to run the model and generate exposure and collision fatality results.
